First they come is a warning and a battle cry. Texans protect our liberty, our civil rights, our friends and neighbors.

Join us Saturday, June 28 for a rally and march in honor of Stonewall Anniversary - the riot that launched the queer liberation movement.

This will be an amazing, creative, loving event with a COWPOKES theme. Drag performances, queer line dancing, crafts, horsies, photo booth, speeches, and a big beautiful march down 4th street!

WHEN: Friday, June 28 from 5 - 9 PM

WHERE: Austin City Hall

BRING: Your queer family, your regular family, and allll your friends! (Pride flags and American flags welcome!)

PARKING: Please take public transportation and carpool if possible! Parking is available at Austin City Hall ($), Downtown Austin Public Library ($), and Seaholm ($ but Trader J’s has 2 hours free if you use their kiosk and PU a snack). Limited street parking is available around City Hall & across the South 1st ST Bridge at Auditorium Shores (use the Park ATX app with discount codes: FREE15ATX1, FREE15ATX2).

Allies will be out in force to protect Queer Joy. If you are an ally who would like to hold American, Texan, and Queer flags at the event please contact voluteer@handsoffcentraltx.org
